Before starting VINYL with duo partner Bill, Gord spent a number of years as a solo performer. This valuable time was spent developing as a singer, guitarist (and perhaps most importantly) as an entertainer. Nowadays he is flexible and can handle virtually any dance or listening situation as either a solo or duo act.

 In recent times, Gord has enhanced his solo marketability by expanding into the Seniors Care world.  Drawing on his lifetime accumulation of songs he is able to take residents on a musical joyride that puts a sparkle in their eye and a song in their heart. Playing for seniors is “Rather enjoyable, rewarding and often moving” says Gord. As the show unfolds it reveals his astounding grasp of the last 60 years of popular music. There is no substitute for experience. So Gord plays on and continues to live by the old show-biz credo, “Give the people what they want”… Variety!
